Welcome to our Washington location—where personalized care meets real results. Our talented nurse practitioner injector home clinic is Washington but periodically travels to Hawaii to serve her patients on Oahu. With the years of experience and with a genuine passion allows her to help women look and feel their best. From your first visit to your follow-up, we’re here to make your experience welcoming, individualized, and a little fun too.

Natalie is the medical director and owner but also one of our board certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who is also certified in advanced medical aesthetics. Her expertise was shaped from her experience of over 15 years in the medical field. Natalie shares a true passion for medical aesthetics and women’s health which makes her an assest to Finesse Med Spa & Wellness. She also currently enjoys working at the Multicare Women’s Health Center in Puyallup.
She is originally from Germany and initially moved to Oahu in 2013. She returned back to the island in 2021 and after concluding working at two medical spas, she finally launched her own business Finesse Med Spa & Wellness Pearl City in 2024.
She is a proud military spouse and mother of two sons. Currently, Natalie lives in Puyallup, Washington and travels to Oahu quarterly to serve her loyal clients in Pearl City. As a faithful servant, she dedicates her Sundays to the Lord and her family. So also enjoys reading and cooking in her spare time.
She believes in the power of state of art of aesthetic advancements and is passionate about guiding her patients to achieve a natural look to accentuate her clients natural beauty. She is well equipped to offer basic and advanced aesthetic procedures including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PDO Threads, microneedling and many more. She specializes in lip enhancement and facial balancing. Her favorite skincare line is Obagi.

Christine, a registered and certified progressive care telemetry & stroke nurse, with various healthcare experience cumulating over 11 years.
Offers compassionate customer service, safety, and attention to detail in her care. Always fond of the medical aesthetic world, she has finally begun her journey in helping others feel beautiful inside and out.
She adores learning, has ambition to further purse a Nurse Practitioner degree, and wanting to advance her knowledge with modern aesthetics techniques, while always keeping safety in mind first.

Experienced clinical assistant who supports the work of our licensed service providers but also trained to perform various clinical services independently under medical supervision including a wide range of weight loss services such as Vitamin B12 Injections, Lipo Mino Injections and support through our popular Semaglutide and Tirzepatide Weight Loss Program.
She is also getting ready to graduate from Makana Esthetics Wellness Academy to join Finesse Med Spa as a licensed Esthetician.
