Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Finesse Med Spa & Wellness requires at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur; however, late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering appointment times to other clients, including those on our waitlist. Appointment reminders are sent 7 days and 2 days before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation & No-Show Fees
Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours or more before the appointment may be made without penalty.
Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service price.
Paid deposits are non-refundable once an appointment has been booked.
Two or more late cancellations and/or no-shows may result in a hold being placed on your account and suspension of online booking privileges.
If online booking privileges are suspended, future appointments must be prepaid and scheduled directly by a Finesse Med Spa & Wellness team member.
Late Arrival Policy
We provide a 15-minute grace period for appointments. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be canceled or rescheduled.
Depending on the service and provider availability, a late arrival may result in a shortened appointment or the inability to perform the scheduled service. Applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply.

Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment.
A deposit may be applied toward a rescheduled consultation when the original appointment is canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide the required notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or application of the applicable cancellation fee.

Credit Card Authorization
By booking an appointment with Finesse Med Spa & Wellness, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Cancellation & No-Show Policy, Deposit Policy, and applicable payment policies.
I authorize Finesse Med Spa & Wellness to charge my stored payment method for applicable booked services, cancellation fees, no-show fees, and other authorized charges.
By providing my payment information and booking an appointment, I acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 Medication & Supplement Purchase Policy 

All medication and supplement purchases are final and non-refundable for health and safety reasons.
